What would you do... if your pet DOG just ate...?
I think the first couple of comments were uncalled for.
Never EVER get rid of or BEAT your dog because it misbehaves.
some thing to think about is:
Did you have something to do with this behavior?
Has it been properly trained?
What was the reason for buying, impulse or commitment?
Just calm down and only reward good behavior.
And don't kill the dog cuz you'll get arrested.
Just try and figure out a way to help the dog without hurting it or getting rid of it.
Dogs can be trained.
Like Caesar Millan says: "There's no such thing as a problem [breed] just problem owners."
Try obedience school or ask for recomendations from your local vet.
Just please, do not hurt the dog and do not listen to negative comments.
I don't mean to sound rude but I've had my share of bad dogs and none of them had to be beaten, killed or given away because of behavior issues.
Dogs do that kind of thing. That's just the way they are.
In fact, my dad's dog killed my rabbit and hamster.
I still love him even though I'm sad and he still thinks I'm the greatest person ever.
So don't give up on him.
Reply:If he's been a good dog for 20 years and he's just started acting like this in the past four months then I'd definitely think that it's a medical problem causing him to lash out like this. Get him to a vet soon and have a blood panels done... Report Abuse
Reply:...had to shorten message. ran out of space. Also wanted to say Congrats on taking such good care of him that he's still this active at this age. Good luck! Report Abuse
Reply:sounds like your dog needs a 'mate' . praise for the jehova witnesses. there so annoying. lol
Reply:I'd say you're making this up, bunghole... Dogs are dogs and humans are sometimes a**holes. But a**hole humans have no business deciding what dogs should be all about....
We adopt them and therefore we are COMMITTED!!!
If you can't teach your dog what you expect in a humane way then please DON'T get any more pets!!!
And quit making up stories.....
Reply:um, wow, can you say outside dog???
PetSmart has good obediance classes, also if you feel limited attachment to it, sounds like he/she would make a good junk yard dog.
Reply:sound like you need a new dog, or obedience school.
Reply:Wow - and I was mad because my dog just peed on my 4 year olds bed. Now I have to wash the comforter!
Reply:Three possibilities:
1. Start scolding him and tapping him with a newspaper along with putting him in a crate for timeout when he's done wrong, in other words buckle down and be ready to assert that you are in control and won't condone this behavior.
2.Consider extensive pet training/schooling.
3. Find a home with someone ready and able to assert proper authority and guidance for canine in question.
Reply:NOOOOO DONT KILL HIM ITS ALL YOUR FAULT U HAVE TO TRAIN HIM OR IF U FEEL LIKE HURTING HIM TAKE HIM TO OBIENCE OR ASK YOUR TRAINNER
Reply:I would do nothing if he did that stuff to you... he's YOUR dog, not mine.
Reply:NO! BAD QUESTIONER!! SIT!! SIT!!
Reply:train him. he's only a dog.. an animal.. ucant expect him toknow better.. we've had education.. manners.. we too havebeen trained to know whats right and what isnt.. animals havnt had that.. when u get a pet their like ur child.. ur responsibility.. and its ur responsibility to teach him these things.. manners.. train him.. because he would know no better.. its absaloutly not his fault, he's only animal. 1st of all their not meant to be locked up in houses... but sure, i love dogs and most of us want pets... so do ur part in their life and train them right...

ALLY G YOU CHEAP PERSON! YOU COPIED ME!
Reply:Why you keep em in the first place, dude..
Pet dogs are suppose to be men's best friend if you treat them properly..
Your pet becoming that menace of a monster, there must've been sumthing terribly wrong in the process..
My suggestions... Train it, and discipline it!
Best of luck..
Reply:some classes for them!!! and stop leaving him home alone... my dog tares alot of my stuff up but he has learned . you have to be stern with him.. teach him that what he is doing is bad.
Reply:obidience school. or maybe get him spayed or neutered. spaying or neutering helps get rid of aggressiveness in rabbits, so maybe it works on dogs too.
Reply:I hate dogs. Get rid of it. My son's dog got into my purse once and ate about $150, and I whipped him until he cowered in the corner crying. Now he's outside so I don't have to look at him. For some reason, even after that, he still likes me the most. Dumb dog.
Reply:Lol..easy id get rid of the dog.
Unless you;ve had him for a long time.
Get him on some meds he sounds destructive
Reply:hmm if that happened to me, and it was an ugly dog. I'd ditch him out in the cold in the middle of nowhere
cynthia doesnt get the question... YOUR pet dog
