Toss Up: Whos' more to blame for the Sonics' move to Oklahoma City: Seattle or David Stern?

When the owners of the Rose Garden filed for bankruptcy and it was rumored that the Blazers would have to move, David Stern immediately stepped in and said he was committed to keeping the team where it was. But now The Boss is simply letting Seattle go without a fight. He allowed the sale of the Sonics to a guy from OKC. The OKC Hornets were simply a test for the future move. Did Stern really want to save the Sonics? Is that a real way to end 41 years of NBA basketball in a major sports city? Then again, Seattle adopted a wait-and-see attitude, allowing new ownership to rally support for the relocation. They didn't even unveil a major "renovation" plan until it was too late. For a city home to Boeing, Microsoft, and Starbucks, they could have financed a new arena with just their pocket change. So who is really to blame? The Emerald City or the Boss?
