Should your husband become upset with you just because you called him the wrong name?

Manfred was looking over my shoulder when I typed a recent message in which I said,"Manfield and I are visiting his mother." He blew up and said, "You called me Manfield!!!" Manfield is our gardener. My excuse was that we are visiting Manfred's mother in Europe, and I have my rose garden on my mind.
