How to cure my roses from the cottony cushion scale insects??

My poor rose bushes are infected with cottony-cushion scale insects, what are ways of treating the bushes (better natural).

Found on the internet the lady-bugs could help preying them, but what are good advices of hunting ladybugs in my house's garden???

Use a horticultural oil spray to smother them. These oils are pretty benign to the environment.



You might first try to knock down the population with a detergent soap spray.
