When do the roses start to bloom?

ie what month, i know it depends on what type of rose, but just in general, say you had a garden full of roses when would they typically start to bloom?

When do the roses start to bloom?
I would say late may, beginning of June, depending on the weather. It's been a bit crazy lately.
Reply:I have 75 rose bushes then are now starting to bud out. I should start to see blooms in mid-late April if the freeze don't get them.
Reply:Well most of mine start flowering from the end of May, but 'Canary Bird' will flower in April if its mild.
Reply:Wehre I live about mid April or early may. But the weather had beenr eally weird lately so I dont really know when they will come up this year.
Reply:around early-mid june where i live.
Reply:ours are in bud now and we hope to see flowers before the end of April and they will go on until the frost gets them, we have a shrub rose( called Fiona) and it gives a magnificent show every year, when pruned back a bit at the end of the summer we have some flowers at Xmas, we are in south England
