Best way to get rid of ants?
I had the same problem a couple of years ago, but with my basil, not a rosebush. The powder worked, but I found that ants HATE black pepper. They were moving out the second the flakes hit the leaves. Like the powder, the pepper won't harm the plants. Make a barrier of it around your plants. If you can find where the nest is, do the same.
Reply:go HOME.
Reply:Try the powder called Seven. They sell it at Lowes, Home Depot, K Mart, or at any garden center. Ask around, there may be a better product.
Reply:you should put baby powder all over outside, next to the plant. they get stuck in the baby powder and they die. or you should go to your local garden store and buy some ant killer that won't harm your rose bush.
hope that helps.
Reply:Baking soda should do the trick. That stuff is poisonous for them. Take a look at the website in my sources it has all the weapons you need against garden ants.
