Wanted a scented, climbing, miniture rose. Please advise me.?

I'm looking to buy a scented, climbing, miniture rose, which is easy to grow. The rose will be on a wall which only has sun from 1pm onwards.

Also any suggestions to any lovely shrubs, perennials for the same part shaddy garden?

Handel is a good climbing rose for the position described.

Most perennials, such as lupins, oriental poppies, delphiniums, red hot pokers will thrive in afternoon/evening sun.

Shrubs include Red robin, holly, laburnum, ceanothus ,it's hard to be specific without details of the soil type and aspect.

Hope this helps.
Reply:I have 'Warm Welcome', which is a bright and cheerful orange miniature climber. Mine grows on a north facing fence, so it can cope with shade. It's never had a disease, and blooms all summer long. It does have a scent, but it's fairly mild. I also adore 'Laura Ford', which is a bright yellow miniature climber. Not sure about the scent, though.
