What is the rising and falling action of the book "The Secret Garden"?
I only could find climax and the falling actions. The rising action would be the events leading up to the climax, or near it.



Climax - Mary's discovery of the secret garden, Mary's decision to share the garden with Dickon, Mary's discovery of Colin, the reawakening of the secret garden, Colin's standing on his feet for the first time



Falling action - Colin and Mary's gradual improvement; the keeping of the secret of that improvement; the disclosure of Colin's newfound health to his father



My own guesses, even if they are way off would be...



Rising: Mary finding the garden key, Mary finding out about Colin

Climax: Mary finding the secret garden

Falling: Keeping the secret, Colin's health improving
